There are still a lot of things missing in Punta Pacifica before it can be considered a tourist destination. Trump’s project would provide Punta Pacifica real estate with high end condominium units and hotel rooms complete with high class complimentary amenities of retail shops, casinos, spas, gym and pools.
Actually, with Trump building such a project in Punta Pacifica, we predict that it will not take many years for other realtors and tourism industry magnates to establish their own real estate enterprises in the area too. And so, don’t be surprised if 10 years from now (or maybe less), Punta Pacifica real estate pieces will be among the most desirable globally.
